The reporting and the answers a lean company needs.
An owner carries the whole picture and rarely has the time to assemble it. We build the weekly numbers that arrive on schedule from the systems you already have, the quotes and proposals drafted from your rules, the phone line that never goes unanswered, and the assistant that knows your contracts and procedures, without hiring a data team to get there.
What owners and executives ask first.
We are not a large company. Is this for us?
Yes. The first build is usually the single process that consumes the most hours, delivered in weeks under a written scope. If the diagnostic concludes that it is not worth automating, you hear that too, in writing.
How does an engagement begin?
With the free diagnostic meeting. From there, a written scope sets out the deliverables, the acceptance criteria and the timeline, and nothing begins until you have approved it. A written roadmap with the architecture is a separate, concise assessment.
Do we need an IT department?
No. Systems are designed to run without one, in the browser, from a shared folder, or as a small tool that reads the exports you already produce. You receive the documentation and the access list, and the accounts are yours.
Can your AI answer our phone?
Yes, for inbound calls. The assistant answers as your business, handles the common questions from your own information, books appointments within your rules, and transfers anything unusual to you with a transcript. It tells callers it is an AI assistant, and we prove it on our own line before we propose it for yours.
Do you work with companies outside the United States?
Yes. We work across Latin America and the United States, over video, in Spanish or in English, in your time zone.
What we build for owners and executives.
The work owners and executives bring to us most often, each piece built on your real files, tested against your acceptance criteria, and handed over documented and owned.

One meeting. A clear next step.
A free 20-minute meeting to scope what you want to build, see what is possible and map where it could go. You receive one of three answers in writing the next business day. Worth building, worth a closer look first, or not yet. In a 2025 field experiment with 776 professionals at Procter and Gamble, published in Organization Science, one person working with AI matched the quality of a two-person team working without it. The meeting finds out where that applies to you.
