Privacy notice

Who we are

RJMC is a software and AI studio based in Miami, Florida. This notice covers this website and the messages you send us through it. Questions about it go to office@rjmclabs.com.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us, and the minimum a website needs to work.

• The form. When you use Email the details, we receive what you enter: your name, work email, company, what you need, the area of the business, how often the process happens, and anything you write in the details box.
• Email. If you write to us directly, we receive your message and your email address.
• The assessment. The five-question “Is it worth automating?” assessment runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us or stored by us.
• Your browser. The site keeps one note in your browser’s session storage so the opening animation plays once per visit. It is never sent to us and is cleared when the browser session ends. We set no cookies and use no analytics or advertising trackers.
• Server logs. The company that hosts this site may record standard technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Who processes it

A small number of providers handle data on our behalf or as part of loading the site. Each works under its own privacy terms.

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) receives form submissions and forwards them to our email inbox.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site. When a page loads, your browser requests the fonts from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
• Our email provider stores the messages we receive and send.
• Our hosting provider serves the pages and keeps the server logs described above.
• Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc.) handles online booking. When you book a meeting it receives the name, email and time you choose and your answers to the booking questions, and it creates the calendar entry and the video link. Its own privacy notice applies to that data.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to prepare for and hold the diagnostic you asked about, and, if you decide to work with us, to scope that work. We do not use your details for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking first.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share it with anyone other than the providers named above, except where the law requires it.

Please do not send confidential documents or financial data through the form. If the diagnostic needs real files, we agree on a secure way to share them first, under an NDA if you want one.

How long we keep it

Inquiries, and the email that follows them, are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact and then deleted. If we go on to work together, project records are kept for as long as the engagement and our legal and accounting obligations require. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to office@rjmclabs.com. We will confirm by email when it is done, normally within 30 days. Requests are free, and we will ask only for what we need to confirm that the request came from you.

Depending on where you live, the law may give you further rights over your information. We will honor requests made under the law that applies to you.

Do Not Track

This site does not track visitors over time or across other websites, so it works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Children

This site is meant for businesses. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this notice

When this notice changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new effective date.
